Why is Batman such a popular hero?
Supermen is often compared with Batman, one of his common partners. Superman is an alien from another planet. He is nigh unkillable with huge arsenal of different powers. Superman is a symbol of truth, justice and the American way. However, he is far from relatable to the average man. Batman is the exact opposite. Batman is a human man with no powers, yet he still preforms stylish feats using martial arts, his brain and gadgets. Batman is a more relatable human character, despite being beyond the limits of any realistic person.
Comic books have been around for a long time now, and we have seen a colossal plethora of characters in movies and video games now that have originated from comic books.
